Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the price is requested to confirm the reservation.
The balance must be paid 2 months before your arrival (we will inform you when due).
Damage deposit
A deposit of 100€ to 500€ depending on the villa is requested upon your arrival.
We will return the deposit to you within 48 hours after your departure unless we notice any significant deterioration of which we will inform you.
Cancellation
We will do our best to re-let the property should you need to cancel your stay and will refund your payment less any expense or loss incurred by us.
